Description
The Brain follows the same premise as its predecessor Life & Death, wherein the player controls an up-and-coming surgeon who must perform simulated surgery on patients with varying problems. The sequel focuses on the brain, whereas the first game focused on the abdomen. The graphics and gameplay have been improved from the first game, but, other than the new patient cases, it plays more or less the same.

the game has so many problems that the won't load it says "abnormal program termination" every single time i attempt to load it. also when i first boot it up its like a Broadway template huge, yellow dotted text and the first says "sod" ? all you have to do to fix that is type in "cls" (clear screen).

Subject: Really fun if you like to play Doctor.
Had a great time with this game. Really fun trying to diagnose a patient and treat them. I was shocked that every one of my patients needed surgery. I'll be back to play this one.

That's exactly how long it took for me to kill a man today; scrawling across his forehead with a scalpel like a juiced up toddler with a crayon.

I am happy to say that - despite my having not attended even one medical lecture - the end seemed mercifully swift. So much so that my superior was a good sport about the whole thing, assigning me a new patient on the spot.

I've got a good feeling about this one.

Subject: Childhood Favorite
This was one of my absolute favorite games as a kid--I mean, what kid DOESN'T dream of cutting open a skull, eh? EH? This game works great, and in some small way still holds up to this day. Love it.
